One of Hungary's national traditions that redefines upscale comfort food, the experience of goulash falls somewhere between soup and stew. Our slow-cooked recipe is passed down from its roots using only hand-cut, top choice white veal, rendering it to unrivalled tenderness in a hearty savoury sauce highlighted by authentic Hungarian paprika. It is typically enjoyed with potatoes any style, rice, or even on its own with fresh artisan bread for dipping! Comes in 1L (approx. 3-4 servings), each containing approx. 1½ lbs of white veal.
