This Indian-inspired soup includes fragrant and colourful worldly spices such as curry, cumin, cardamom, turmeric, thyme, and cinnamon among others. Body, texture, and a range of flavour in every bite, are added to the creaminess of the lentils with fresh ginger, cilantro, onions, carrots, apple. and coconut milk, to name a few.

HUNGARIAN GOULASH

One of Hungary's national traditions that redefines upscale comfort food, the experience of goulash falls somewhere between soup and stew. Our slow-cooked recipe is passed down from its roots using only hand-cut, top choice white veal, rendering it to unrivalled tenderness in a hearty savoury sauce highlighted by authentic Hungarian paprika. It is typically enjoyed with potatoes any style, rice, or even on its own with fresh artisan bread for dipping! Comes in 1L (approx. 3-4 servings), each containing approx. 1½ lbs of white veal. It's a popular favourite! While our standard version is vegetarian, you can always add freshly grilled chicken breast to your order! Growing up, this authentic recipe, using one of the tastiest bean varieties, was something to always look forward to. The slow-cooked beans make for a hearty and creamy dish enhanced with flavours coming from ground cumin, onions, fresh tomatoes, and lemon, all finished with extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy this vegan dish with fresh pita, and its best companion, a side of Tahini. Comes in 500mL.
